Capacity
-Black Moon can accommodate 60 guests seated or 100 standing for a cocktail reception
Availability
-Private function booking is available Monday through Sunday, seven days a week.
-Lunch 11:30AM - 3:00PM
-Evening functions from 5:00PM
-Bookings are made on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Spend Requirements
-There is no charge to use the space for private function, *provided the minimum food & beverage spend requirement is met.
*The minimum for lunch is $1200 and for dinner is $2500.00.
-If the minimum spend requirement is not met the difference will appear as a room rental fee on the final bill.
-All minimums are exclusive of taxes and gratuity.
Beverage Cost
-All beverages are charged based upon consumption plus gratuity and applicable government taxes.
-There is no fixed price / per person bar packages
Menu Selection
-All menus for group functions must be pre-set (see set-menu online at www.blackmoonlounge.com)
-The menus are based upon our current selections with seasonal changes in May & September.
-You are able to interchange items between each lunch menu for all lunch functions.
-You are able to interchange items between each dinner menu for all dinner functions.
-Prices will be adjusted according to your selection.
-Food items subject to current market prices.
Guaranteed Guest Counts
-Notice of the guaranteed number of guests attending the function is required one business day in advance of the function.
-Please note: Unless your coordinator is notified of a guest count revision, the number originally contracted will be assumed as the guarantee. You will be billed for the guaranteed number given or attendance, whichever is greater.
Payments & Deposit
-A deposit of $1000 for weekdays and $1500 for weekends is required to secure the date & space.
-Deposits can be made by cash, company cheque or credit card.
-The balance must be paid by credit card or cash at the conclusion of the event.
Cancellation Policy
-The deposit is fully refundable unless the function is cancelled with less that 7 days notice at which time the deposit will be forfeited.
-If the function is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged the room minimum.
